A download manager sees every address you download from. That makes this page short by design: almost nothing leaves your machine, and the parts that do are listed here in full.
Never collected
- The files you download, or any part of their contents.
- The addresses you download from, or your download history.
- Your browser cookies, which the extension passes to the server you are downloading from and nowhere else.
- Your settings, your folder names, your file names, your machine name.
The application has no analytics, no telemetry and no crash reporting that sends anything anywhere. There is no background service and no account.
Collected, and why
When you buy a licence
Your email address, which plan you bought, the amount, the currency, the payment method, the provider's transaction reference, and the time. We need the address to send you the key and to send it again when you ask; we need the rest to answer a question about an order, to issue a refund, and to keep the books.
When you activate
The licence key, a device identifier, and the application version. The device identifier is a one-way hash derived from your Windows installation and your account; it is not reversible into a machine name, a serial number, a user name or a network address. It exists to count machines against the licence, and it is the only reason it exists.
If you choose to send a machine label along with it — so you can tell your laptop from your desktop on the My licence page — that label is stored as you typed it. Leave it empty and nothing of the sort is stored.
When the app checks for updates
A plain request for one small file that lists the newest version. No identifier is attached, and nothing is sent about you, your machine or what you have downloaded.
We do count these requests, as a single number per day — "4,812 update checks on 12 March" and nothing else. It is the only way we can estimate how many installations are still in use. The same counting applies to the download button on this website. Those counters hold a date, a kind and a number; they do not hold IP addresses, device identifiers or anything that could be traced back to one person.
When you visit this website
No cookies are set and no analytics script runs. Your language, theme and currency choices are stored in your own browser and never sent to us. The host keeps standard access logs, which include IP addresses, for a short period for security and abuse handling.
Who else sees it
| Who | What they see | Why |
|---|---|---|
| PayPal | Everything needed for your payment, under their own privacy policy | Taking payment |
| Midtrans | Card and QRIS payment details, under their own privacy policy | Taking payment |
| [EMAIL PROVIDER] | Your email address and the contents of the email we send you | Delivering licence keys and receipts |
| Cloudflare | Requests to the website and the licence server, including IP addresses | Hosting and protecting both |
Nobody else. We do not sell data, we do not share it for advertising, and there is no advertising to share it with.
How long it is kept
- Order records: as long as tax and accounting rules require them to exist, currently [10] years.
- Licence and activation records: while the licence can still be used, and for one year after a yearly licence ends.
- Email we sent you: whatever the email provider's retention is, typically a matter of days to weeks.
- Server logs: days, not months.
Your rights
Email us and you can have a copy of what we hold about you, have it corrected, or have it deleted. Deletion ends the licence, because the licence record is the thing being deleted — we will say so plainly before doing it, and we have to keep the bare order record for as long as tax rules say. If you are in Indonesia, UU 27/2022 governs this; if you are in Europe, the GDPR does, and the legal basis is the contract between us for everything in the list above.
