Fourteen days from the moment you paid. No reason needed, no form to fill in, no questions about why.
How to ask
Email us from the address you bought with, with the order number from your receipt. That is the whole process. If you no longer have the receipt, the My licence page will send your key again and the order number comes with it.

What happens next
- We refund the full amount you paid, in the currency you paid it in.
- The money goes back the way it came: PayPal to the PayPal account, card to the same card, QRIS to the account that scanned the code.
- The licence key stops working. Any machines activated with it drop back to the free version the next time they check in — nothing is uninstalled and no downloaded file is touched.
- You keep using the free version for as long as you like.

The first column is ours and we keep to it. The third belongs to banks and we cannot speed it up — a card refund that takes two weeks to appear has already left our side.
After fourteen days
A yearly licence that has run for months has done what it was sold to do, so the fourteen days are the window. Two exceptions, outside any window:
- Charged twice. Tell us and the duplicate goes back, whenever it happened.
- Paid and never received a key. That is not a refund question, it is a delivery question, and we will either deliver the key or return the money — your choice.
Please ask us before your bank
A chargeback costs us a fee and takes weeks of someone else's process to resolve something an email fixes the same day. Ask us first. If we have not answered within three working days, do what you need to do.
Nothing here removes your statutory rights
This policy is in addition to the rights Indonesian consumer law gives you, and to the rights you have where you live. Where they give you more than this page does, they win.
