There is no account and no password. The key is the account: paste it below to see what it covers and which machines are using it.

Enter the address you paid with and the key is emailed again, to that address only.

Releasing a machine frees the slot at once. KDownloader on that machine drops to the free limits the next time it checks in, which is within sixty days — it does not stop working mid-download.
Something else
I bought with QRIS and the money left my account, but no key arrived
Use the box above with the email address you typed at checkout. Keys are issued when the payment provider confirms the payment, so if the money left your account the key exists. If the lookup finds nothing, the address was probably mistyped — email us the order number and the time of payment and we will move the key across.
I reinstalled Windows and the machine slot is still taken
A fresh Windows install looks like a new machine, because the identifier is derived from the installation itself. Look up your key, find the old entry by its activation date, and release it.
My yearly licence has run out. Do I get a new key?
No — renewing extends the key you already have, and the machines stay activated. Buy a yearly licence again with the same email address and the twelve months are added on.
I want a refund
Within fourteen days of paying, email us the order number from your receipt. The money goes back the way it came in — PayPal to PayPal, card to card, QRIS to the account that scanned it. No reason needed.
