Three ways to pay, one licence
The licence is identical whichever route you take. Card and QRIS payments are handled by Midtrans, PayPal by PayPal — we never see your card or account details.
PayPal
Pay from a PayPal balance, a linked bank account or a card inside PayPal. Available in most countries and settled in US dollars.
Credit or debit card
Visa, Mastercard, JCB and American Express, with 3-D Secure where your bank asks for it. Indonesian cards are charged in rupiah, cards elsewhere in US dollars.
QRIS — Indonesia

Questions
Before you pay
Does the yearly licence renew by itself?
No. There is no stored card and no subscription mandate — not for PayPal, not for cards, not for QRIS. We email you fourteen days before the year ends, and renewing is a choice you make then. If you do nothing, Pro switches off and the app keeps working with the free limits.
What happens to my downloads when a yearly licence ends?
Nothing happens to the files. Running downloads are not cancelled and finished files are never touched. The queue drops back to one download at a time with four connections, and the Pro features stop being available until you renew.
How many computers can I use one licence on?
Three for the yearly licence, five for lifetime. That covers a desktop, a laptop and a reinstall or two. You can release a machine yourself from the My licence page at any time, which frees the slot immediately.
Does KDownloader need to be online to stay activated?
Only at activation. After that the app carries a signed licence file it can check by itself, and it keeps working offline for up to sixty days at a stretch. It quietly refreshes that file when you are online. A licence server that is down does not stop you downloading.
I am in Indonesia. Which method should I use?
QRIS, in rupiah — it is the cheapest for us and the fastest for you, and it needs nothing but your bank or e-wallet app. Indonesian cards work too. PayPal also works, but it converts to US dollars and your bank will usually add a foreign transaction fee.
Will I get a receipt or an invoice?
A receipt with the order number, the amount and the payment method is emailed with your licence key. If you need an invoice addressed to a company, reply to that email with the details and we will send one.
Can I move from yearly to lifetime?
Yes. While your year is still running, email us from the address you bought with and pay the difference; the same key becomes a lifetime one and your machines stay activated.
What if the payment goes through but no key arrives?
Open the My licence page and enter the email address you paid with — the key is re-sent straight away. Keys are issued the moment the payment is confirmed, so if the money left your account the key exists. Mail us if the page cannot find it; include the order number.
Why is the rupiah price not an exact conversion?
Because a price that follows the exchange rate every day means the figure you were quoted and the figure on your receipt stop matching. Each currency gets a round number we review every few months, and the rupiah price also carries Indonesian tax where it applies.
